script that alphabetically reorganize PDF files pages

Hello coder,
I need a little script or program that, given the (big) PDF file like [url removed, login to view], change the order of its pages using an alphabetic order of the 7 characters code after the expression "IN RIF. AL VEICOLO TARGATO :" in each page.
SIMPLIFIED EXAMPLE for you to better understand the concept:
Original PDF file:
pag. 1:

abc IN RIF. AL VEICOLO TARGATO : CV947HH
foobar
pag. 2:

I have a red house
the lazy fox IN RIF. AL VEICOLO TARGATO : AC426GZ
the apple is green

Notes:
you can convert the original PDF into another format (ex. DOC) if you need it, at the condition that the resulting file content will be esthetically equal or very similar to the original PDF.
