Website Clone

Website Clone: I require a clone of the sim game site [login to view URL] but only its its PHP/Database features I will also require you to be able to alter the features to suit what I need them to do. I’ve designed my site layout in template form so you can insert the scripts etc in the correct places the templates I have designed use XHTML. I need a professional to set every thing up scripts and databases and make sure the site is secure. I plan to use a dedicated Microsoft server once the site goes live (this could be amended) so it needs to be programmed accordingly. I have purchased my domain name but no web hosting as yet, I can do it as soon as you need it. I really need you to have completed this in about two weeks or less but im willing to wait a little longer. You must be very efficient at communicating your progress I will expect one or two emails a week absolute minimum. Please do not bid if you do not have experience of similar projects in the past or have no website/examples to show me. A demo would be amazing but is not essential. Please keep bids low as this is a non profit website and I will only have subscriptions in place to cover the costs of the hosting. My Budget for this project is $500 please keep this in mind
