You Tube Clone Needed

We are looking for a clone of [url removed, login to view] (Same Features and similar design structure). We need a powerful Backend Script to manage all the videos, search delete, etc.

Auto-thumbnails creation of uploaded videos, flash player for the videos uploaded, tag categorized, just like youtube. Please if you don't know [url removed, login to view] take a look at it and understand all the features before bid.

Template driven (design) and multilanguage we want to translate ourself the script to several languages so we need a "lang.php" file so we can translate it without touching the code.
