Looking to add customer login and an easy to use client interface to our web design company.
1. Client should be able to browswe by project type that they have open with us. This will pull up all relative information regarding timelines estimated dates schedules deliverables and their time frames and any documentation that needs the client to "sign off on" or to review. They will be able to see "concepts" or "revisions" and they will be able to check the concept or revision they like and add customer comments to that revision. This may include an area where the client can upload relavant information, ie logos, graphics, designs, to a part of our public ftp server. They can review this information with other clients or people that are involved on the same project with password protected login information.
2. Also we will be able to access and modify this area ie uploading new designs adding deliverables, adding important notices or change of budget information to the client that will allow them to see these important messages upon login. They will also receive forwarded copies of any information that they receive from us, that they have signed off on or digitally signed or initialled, updates to project scope and budget, or approved designs. It should be easy to integrated this with our current website scheme, or at least add our scheme into the template.
3. It will include an account section that will show balance due if any, and billing information and an option to pay by credit card processor to alleviate their balance (ie integrate with [url removed, login to view]) If and when they sign off on budget changes this balance will be added to their account summary and become due within a certain time frame.
4. Client will be able to see various stages of development for their given project including wireframing layouts logos etc. All images we upload should automatically sprawl our watermark across the front so the client cannot simply copy and paste. Further security measures to prevent copy and paste will also be good to have. Same concept with visual layouts and other "copywrited" materials. Client should have access only to visual representations of the concepts and revisions not full 800x600 versions more along the lines of thumbnail or 3x thumbnail size.
