1) I need a programmer or a guru able to suit my needs regarding PHP, and Database MySQL. HTML, CSS.

3) i already have a database with 300 members using IvisionPowerBoard that i would like to integrated and customize some fields using php and mysql into a one community site.
4) Some of the components is already running, you will have to integrated some of them in one main script (site). I have hivemail, invision powerboard, members should only login once in order to navigate anywhere in the community site.
5) Some of the features of my members will be : able to add pictures, edit their own page, rating, signin guestbook, doing a journal blog, discussion, etc..
