The details of the requirements are as follows :- 1) To allow visitors to buy domains and register. 2) The domains bought will automatically be hosted on the site server with a max disk space of 100MB. Shd give admin control to increase/reduce this size later by domain and for all domains. 3) To provide the domain buyers a Rich Text Editor platform to create HTML pages on the fly and upload the pages to their domains. It should allow Video/Audio/Picture files to be inserted within the body of the html page. I can accept any readymade HTML editing controls readily available in the market.
