Guestbook Signups

I have a fully written and functioning PHP guestbook. What I need is a script which will allow automated signups. 1) After entering their name and email address, the user should be sent an automated email with a hyperlink for confirming their address. 2) Upon confirming, a copy of the entire guestbook should be created, along with a new complete MySQL dabatase. These should be created sequentially so that they can access their guestbook via my own domain Eg. [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. 3) The user is then taken to the install page of the script. Nothing else is necessary, the install page of the already written guestbook will allo them to install their own guestbook with a standard username and password, which they need to change as soon as the install page has been used. The script needs to be written in PHP or CGI - my server will not support ASP.
