Hostpay Template Design and Intergration

I am looking for a experienced web designer/developer to intergrate and design my hostpay template system which is a reseller tool for web hosting etc. I would like a simple but stylish to the point design and possible intergration into joomla. There is already templates that are made and you can add on to them or show me what you can do. The shopping basket and features are all ready just need the design bit mainly. There is a lot of potential for future work as i will be dealing with clients wanting website design and implementation.
