I want to automate several browser key strokes that need to be done in a website of a vendor that I am using. I am using the vendor to send of faxes for me. Currently I do the following steps 1) Select from a drop down button the document that I have stored. 2)The stored document then appears as a link and I have to click on it which puts it in queue to send 3) I then select from another dropdown the option to fax multiple recipients. 4)I then hit a browse button which brings up my desktop and I double click the CSV fax file and it puts that file in queue to fax. The files are named [url removed, login to view]; [url removed, login to view]; [url removed, login to view]; etc..... 5)There then is a checkbox that gets checked so the cover page does not go out. 6) Then the submit button is hit and the vendor gives back a java alert that file of fax numbers has been uploaded. I then repeat cycle over and over. I have 480 files and it takes 2.5 hours to do all 480 uploads manually. I am looking to automate this. I am doing this from a PC but if I have to I can do it from a Linux server that runs PHP. The fax vendor says that he has customers that automate the process but will not give me their contact info. How can this be done? Does it have to get done off server or can their be a desktop application. Al
