Internet Programming Help

Hi, What I want is information, or some type of personal tutorial. I am somewhat new to website design, and need help. I am fully familiar with HTML, but want to expand my capabilities further to internet programming. I would like someone to teach me how to do the following: 1. Build a database driven website with ASP. 2. Build a shopping cart with PHP and MySQL. I believe if I learn the fundamentals of these languages, I can expand and learn them myself. It is the intital learning curve I am having trouble with. I have tried online tutorials, and for the shopping cart, they explain how to set everything up on a server, but I do not want that.
