Motors Classifieds and Sales Portal (Advanced Ebay)

Hello, RAC management accepted to close my old (Motors Classifieds Portal) project because of the missunderstanding that happened with my modified requirements more than once with the coders. please all of you are invited to give your final BIDs after checking the requirements, you can find the requirements here: [[login to view URL]][1] NOTE: its not a shopping cart or a normal E-mall, its an imitation of EBAY (motors section) with some more features and details described. Its better if coder provides me with a full proposal, and describes their work flow, maintinance, upgrades and support issues. NOTE: Please all coders must have the following: 1) Have Experince with this kind of projects. 2) At least rated with 7.9 here in RAC. 3) Submit their portfolio. NOTE: I've lost 700$ with another coder of this project because of his trick, I did the payment outside RAC but I have a documents that I've paid him. So I expect low price for this project, and if I get satisfied with coder's work I will assign him with another two projects one of them is already posted in RAC. thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Project must be with installation file even for the SQL. 5) Project deadline must be in your bid. 6) Project will be implemented using PHP, MySQL technologies. 7) No 3rd party codes or programmes will be used.
