We are looking for a professional experienced in language processors, regular expressions and natural language processing with AI to develop a function under that can be called by PHP that will do the following:
1. The program will take a few articles, word limit and possibly a keyword/phrase as input.
2. The program will output a reconstructed article using the sentences contained in the input articles. The new article should be randomly generated and each generation will yield different result. The article should flow well and contains minimum structual/grammatical errors. The generated article should yield less than 10% plagiarism score and possibly use thesaurus, or reparaphrasing techniques to achieve so. The generated article should follow a structure of intro/body/conclusion. This is not simply replacing certain words, we are looking for a algorithm to actually extract information from various articles ad put them into one.
3. The program will be running on linux and must be abled to be called by PHP. It can be a linux executable or a php script.
4. Some technique might be breaking all articles into setences and analyse each sentence and tag them wtih special parameters. Then recontruct the sentences and give them a some thesaurus replacement and reparagraphing.
Please do not attempt unless you are talented programmer with experience in related field. The concept may look simpel but this is a very difficult task. 50% milestone at start, then the other 50% when we see some kind of working prototype. Nothing will be released until we receive final binary and source code. Timeframe is 2 months.
