We have a very low budget but this should be very simple if you know how to work with affiliate links. If you know how to build links or a shopping cart I think that is more important than design. We will give more work to person who does a good job and write great review. The cheaper the better as long as you know affiliate programs and how they work or shopping carts and linking
We have pages that we need to place products on from our affiliate accounts. In other words, we sell for other stores products so we need products on our pages like a shopping cart except instead of the person buying from us when they click on the product it links to our affiliate account takes the person to the merchant selling the product. Once we have the basic set up we can then do all the adding products, We only need simple basic setup, not all the products. Hopefully maybe 30 min-1 hour most
