Hello. I need a "job application" made into an online form job application. Applicants who want to apply on my site need to be able to enter their information into the form..then the form must email its results. I also want to be able to add or change things on the form if needed (If thats possible). The site is an adult entertainment business. Attached is a sample of the questions I will want on the form, I will have the exact wording later, with same amount or less questions. I also would like a basic contact form put in the same site. Example: from email address and a comment. Thanks!!!!
