My name is Jonathan Regan :)
I have created a Yahoo RSS Pipe, that allows me to search
for questions and answers on a particular topic:
[url removed, login to view]+training+advice
Your job, is to take the output from that RSS pipe, and modify
the contents, and create a new RSS feed with a filter.
For instance, I want to be able to define the maximum amount
of "lines" that the feed shows. This way, I can easily format the
size and spacing for my webpages when I display an RSS feed.
I also want to parse and redirect any HTML links found in
the RSS feed, so they are passed through my own "redirect"
script "[url removed, login to view]", and I want to add the no follow attribute to the
[url removed, login to view] redirection links.
So for example, perhaps one of the links within the RSS pipe is:
[url removed, login to view]
I want this link to be replaced in my RSS feed, as something
like: [url removed, login to view]
I hope that is clear. Your job is to create a php script that will
create a new RSS feed - based on input from the Yahoo pipe
and filters that will modify the output.
Thanks for taking the time to read this project. I look forward
to working with you. Please check my Scriptlance feedback
if you have any questions or concerns about me or this project.
