PHPBB Installer

I am looking for a simple script, in which users can choose directory (i.e. their username), an admin password and their email, and a version of PHPBB will be installed in that directory. If not PHPBB, then something similar.

It will need to have a small back-end to this script. I need to be able to add a rotating banner to the top of every forum. All i should have to do is simply insert the image url and the link. I also want to be able to view and delete users.

This back-end does not have to be anything fancy. Neither does the front end, i will incorporate that into a template i already have.

I know people out there have got this already made. Please be generous as i have very very little money and this is for a community sports related website.
