simple message send/recv with win32 and perl/php

This should be a very simple and easy project for the right person. If you are the successful bidder, you will be sent a .zip file containing a simple Visual C++ project which uses the win32 API. Development is on Visual Studio C++ 2010 Express. You must use this IDE, which of course is a free download from Microsoft. This program is meant to run on Vista or compatible Windows version on a PC with an internet connection. The program will include a button which, when pressed, should send a character string to the server script. The server script will reside on my website. The server must then send back a response to the program which will be another character string. The character strings in both cases will just be a constant string, for example the client sends "12345" to the server and the server sends back "67890" to the client. The client will always send the same string, the server will always reply with the same string. I will provide a simple label control in the Visual C++ program which can be updated with the server's response. Both the "send" button and the label control will be in a simple dialog box which will already be set up. You should use C, not C++. No classes. Nothing complicated. Just straightforward win32 winsock calls. But use calls which are not deprecated, so that the program will work with ipv6. The server program must be a PHP or Perl script. My preference would be for PHP but whichever language allows for the simplest script is acceptable, as long as there are no additional modules or libraries required beyond what is available in a standard installation. I can't go looking for Perl modules for example which are not included already in my installation. This server script will be running on the most basic Hostgator shared web hosting account. The completed project will be my original Visual C++ project modified with the client-to-server message as described above, and the server script as described above. I will consider the project completed successfully when I can upload the server script to my website, open the Visual C++ project in Visual Studio C++ 2010 express on my computer and run it, press the "send" button to send the 1st character string, and then get back the server reply and have it show up in the label control. The comments in the C++ code will show exactly which variable to update with the server's response, so it will show up in the label control. You must also add a little README file which explains how to install and run the server script in a shared web hosting environment. I presume it will just be a simple upload, such as uploading a PHP file to which a message can be sent using GET or POST. I am not a network or web programming expert, which is why I need help with this project. It may seem trivial to someone with this knowledge.
