Our company sells services to other companies (b2b)The web site is used for membership registration. Customers are billed monthly using a recurring billing module provided to you with an [url removed, login to view] this billing module accepts one customer = one account= one user, and whereas we will have one costmoer=one billing account with multiple users, we need to do the fllowing: Create a membership form that will allow the customer to set up multiple Users. Each user is issued and emailed a unique PIN number. A contact record is created for each user withn the comaany. The fields match the feilds of our CRM software Goldmine 5.7 (DBF)Goldmine has a feature to accept these records (new records, or modifications to existing record) via email. This email is generated by a CGI script (provided). The contact information taken from the person who registers is the Primary contact and only they are issued a username and password to access the billign area ( this is already included in the billing module). The primary also receives a PIN as he is also a USER. You will need to create a form for registering a new customer, within that form a fieled will ask How Many Users are you Registerring? the next form will accept the information for each of those additional users. Pricing is a multiple of the number of users + a set fee for the Primary. So if 25 users, it would be $50 X 1 for the primary and $25 X24 for each additional user. = total monthly amount to bill. This info is sent to the recurring billing module. Forms will aslo need to be created to: change add, modify contact info, billing cycle, billing info, number of users etc.. And all changes sent to Goldmine via the same email script. Other information sent along with contact info is Account status, it can be active, active cancelled, canceled, or pending. The pending option os for a company that wishes to pay by check. You will need to have this option in the register form. Companies that wish to pay by check will need to have their credit verified. Thus status= pending. You will create a simple button to change staus to Active once credit is verified.
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Installation of all programs and scripts, and testing. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. The integration may take place before the merchant account is set up, therefor be sure to provide for a test function. Othe considerations are the fact that we are in Canada and must charge 2 different tax rates. The Registration form will check if the Customer is in Canada depending on where it will add the approriate taxes as additonal items on the invoice. Admin access to changing prices, discounts, and promotional codes must also be created
The web site is hosted at serverwise. you have access to Perl 5.6.0 and MySql version [url removed, login to view], ODBC As an alternative to using the email function provided by Goldmine to update the records, you can also look at doing an import. The goldmine tables are DBF format. and ODBC is supported. I would like to have some feedback from the programmer as to which is the better way to proceed. The data must be sent to Goldmine almost realtime. Or as close as we can come to it. Pease have a look at the attached documents, I have included all the APIs, and CGI scripts that are provided. Also in the overview Doc is some links to download demos of Goldmine
## Deadline information
