I am using Trouble Ticket Exress ([url removed, login to view]) as a ticketing system.
I need to add a timesheet module to do the following.
Allow technicians to add times spent working on a ticket in the format of hours / day.
I need to be able pull reports (daily / weekly) of hours spent / technician. I also need to know which company the ticket was for. I need this information to give to my accountant to bill my clients. I run an IT consulting firm and charge per hour.
