Brand means modifications of screens, appearance, graphics, icons; all words, wordings, meanings, address, titles, file names, directories, program names, program definitions, program codes, parameters, registries, messages, menus, help files, graphics, images, toolbars, status bars to suite my needs. 3) Software licensing control mechanism program and administrative tools. 4) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all programs and work purchased. 5) Electronic Administrator and User Guides Documentation must be included. 6) Three months free bug-fixes and free technical support by email start counted from the date of 1st email request for support. Request for support, bug fixes must be responded by email within 24 hours in your normal workdays, a dedicated tech support contact point must be provided.
