164613 Wikihow application

Need an application created that will integrate an existing web page change notification program

This is for [url removed, login to view] - the purpose is to be able to publish an article and then detect when anybody edits it and automatically replace the edit back with the original article

Here is a website full of web page change notification programs, some of which are free:

My thinking is to use one of these to be notified when the article changes and then have the new application go over to that page and edit it back by simply pasting in the original article - you should check out wikihow and how creating and editing articles work so you understand the challenges before bidding

I don't need source code but this does need to be a stand-alone application so I can distribute it to others if I so desire
