ANSI 837 - Medical Software

We need to have a stand alone application written that will extract infomation form an excel spreadsheet that looks identical to the CMS-1500 form as well as the UB-04 form. Once the extracted, the information needs to be sent thru the ANSI 837 format (ASC 12X 837-4010A) Specifications for conversion that will allow for submission to Clearinghouse.
