I'm working on designing a website as a professional web designer for a client that wants to release a very unique? program for his chosen niche.? The problem that I'm having is that I can design the graphics, do all HTML and other "web design" coding and installation (for cgi, php / mysql), but I am not a web programmer.? Please read below for what my client needs.
PROJECT NUMBER #1:
1.) Once payment has been made the buyer will be redirected to a form that will ask for certain niche specific information asking specific questions about their current mortgage.
THIS IS DONE BEFORE THEY ARE SENT TO THE MEMBERSHIP AREA
2.) After completing the form mentioned above this information should be saved to a MySQL database (essentially creating an account) that can be accessed in the back office ONLY by employees.
3.) Employees need to be able to log in to the account and make notes, leave messages for other employees to read, change information and perform other managerial tasks so that the company can track things and know which "bonus services" have been used and where each of their clietns stands so that they can better help them.
PROJECT NUMBER #2:
We need a second smaller script that can be accessed ONLY by clients who sign up as members.? This script will interact with the initial database for ONLY one purpose.? The clients signing up for this program will all be going through mortgage bank foreclosure.? Some of the questions being asked will be as follows;
1.) What date? did you make your last payment?
2.) What date? did the bank contact you in writing to discuss foreclosure?
3.) Has your house been put up for sherriff's auction?
4.) If the answer to #3 is? YES? what date is / was the sherriff's auction?
? I'm sure there will be a few other questions involved, which I will get from my client, but the point is that ALL of this information will also be going in to the main database for employees ONLY, so we're NOT creating a second database, only a PHP program to interact with the? current MySQL.?
