PHP User Registration Form + Validation

NOTE: We need this done ASAP (hopefully less than 12 hrs). Page to be made with PHP + MySQL.? We have already created a php file of the layout of our registration page. We just need it to work. The form needs to be validated before submission and then submitted to the database. Total fields on form: title first name last name date of birth email password password (re enter) primary phone number mobile number billing address line 1 billing address line 2 billing city billing state billing zip code billing country (value is a number from database) --- Checkbox 'Same as Billing Address' shipping address line 1 shipping? address line 2 shipping? city shipping? state shipping? zip code shipping? country (value is a number from database) --- Checkbox 'Agree to Terms and Conditions' --- Checkbox 'Signup to Newsletter' The following fields need to be validated: title first name last name email password? password (re enter) primary phone number All Billing & Shipping details If box 'Billing and Shipping address are same' is ticked, then automatically submit all billing details into shipping.? Passwords must match.? Email address should be in correct form. Check 'Terms and Conditions' box is ticked. When data is posted, it must be sterilised. Before entering into database, check that user does not exist (search using email). Then post to database. We already have the database and table created. ## Deliverables Site will be in PHP with MySQL database. I need this done ASAP.
