PHP Programmer needed to add feature to my website

I have a travel website written in PHP on our own in house platform and I need a programmer to add some feature to the site. I want to integrate a question and answer feature and automatically build user's travel map. When the project is being awarded we will give you the script. We will be hosting the site on amazon web services - we only need someone who can also do system admin work as well as program - not looking for a programmer who knows nothing about setting up the site, dealing with mails going to inbox - basically looking for an all rounder.
I have another project which I want to work on first before the one above - but both sites will use the same script with just minor modifications. I want the to add a basic WYSIWYG editor to the posting section - nothing fancy - it wont have all the bells and whistles.
