9107 Advanced Script and CSS Proj.

Two projects: 1. Create an automated link exchange script with a CMS. Make sure that links can be added from Admin panel and links can be viewed on link page. Link page can be in php or html format. I must be able to verify links back on my site any time with a single click. 2. Updated my home page by adding a right side vertical navigation bar. The right nav bar is a list of cities (using ul code). I would like this right nav bar to float all the way to the right of the center i-frame depending on a person's screen size. The list of cities should be in black text. The text below the center i-frame should be centered on the page between the left and right nav bars. The page is currently written in XHTML and CSS. Winner bidder should be able to demonstrate experience creating advanced scripts and provide examples of XHTML/CSS coding.
