An edit is required of the attached script form script which functions somewhat, but is missing many components.
The purpose of the form is to be able to start entering data in any ANY of the 12 fields and have the data in ALL the fields match the chosen selection.
I.E. if a visitors enter an "Airport", then the other fields update with corresponding cities, countries, continents, airport codes, airlines, etc with records that match the airport selected.
After each entry is made, a running count must be posted beside each field (i.e. 20 cites, 4 countries, 2 continents, etc.)
If there is ONLY 1 entry left in the ANY field it much be displayed rather than showing the option. (This works on a couple entries)
A user can then determine if they wish to narrow the searches on a second field entry, which are based on the original "airport" they've entered PLUS the new field.. and so on.
Once they complete field entry and desire a search, the data needs to be displayed in sortable and searchable columns. However, the original form must be displayed along with the information they inputted so they can edit if need to.
