PHP, MySql website:
Homeowners looking to have work done on there home, business, etc.. will come to site and fill out form with series of check boxes, pull downs etc to tell the scope of their building project. They will also be able to upload pics and write a description of the project in a text box.
All of this information will go into the MySql database where it will be stored for the contractor side of this site to query.
The contractor side will have a subscription page using credit cards to pay for membership. this will be offered in monthly, quarterly, 6 mos, and yearly billing options to become members.
The data entered in the homeowners side will all show up on the page and anyone can view this, but the contact information for each job will only be available to contractors who are paid members and within 150 miles of the zip code posted. The contractors can further query the data and receive a page of only the returns of their query Eg. trade type Eg Plumber, Electrician, Carpenter etc...
