I Have a BB Safelist Script that was moved from the old host to new host, and now it will not send out the users messages, I am sure that if you have worked with the BB Safelist script before it is a matter knowing what Vars/setting need to be edited.
Please do not bid on this project just to make a bid, only bid if you are really sure that you can fix the problem nd only if you have knowledge and/or have worked with the BB safelist script before and and know how the mail function of this script does work, I do not want you to waste your time or t time just trying to guess to see if you can find the problem
If you have worked on this script before and know what needs to be done to fix the users message mailing of the script then please do bid on the project
I will only consider bid that are not more then the min. of $20.00, but will include a $25.00 advertising package with our Ad Network.
I contact a webmaster who is hosting only safelist from his server and writes:

The problem is because it doesn't support "background PHP operations" on the server.
Admin ads are sent in "realtime" and they have to wait for the entire send to complete.
Member's ads are sent in the background. The particular PHP code used is the "backtick" operator (`) which is related to the exec function. Some hosts disable this function for security reasons and I'm not sure if there's anything particular to PHP5 that may prevent this from operating correctly. I don't believe that script has been tested on PHP5.
You will need to find out how to enable this background method on your server.

From what I could see on your phpinfo, it wasn't specifically disabled but you would need to check your [url removed, login to view] file to see if there's some setting preventing it. I think also if you have shell (bash) disabled for the account that those types of shell commands won't work either.
To be honest, I'm not sure whether it requires full shell access or if a jailed shell is sufficient.
