fix [url removed, login to view] in joomla - need an expert!!!

ok guys this is a problem that 2 programars were not able to fix, i need it this time to be correct!
i use the cbsubs commponent in joomla site.
the problem:
when a user is signing to my site thru paypal he goes to the payment page, pays, and then he gets back to my site.
the problem is that he gets this error:
"Warning: htmlentities() [[url removed, login to view]]: charset `windows-1255' not supported, assuming iso-8859-1 in /home2/jimjumco/public_html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/processors/paypal/[url removed, login to view] on line 950"
i need to fix this issu please, if you have expiriance with cbsubs that would be good.
i tried to write to the developers and they gave me an answer in that link:
[url removed, login to view]
of course the fixing should not impact on other commponents and plugins in the site.
far by me you can chat with the programers, or with the web server, it doenst matter to me,
i just need this one to be fixed quickly!
