157362 Freelancers Script Change

We have some basic modifications required in the Softbiz Freelancers Script:

1. Gold Buyers & Sellers with Fee

2. Selection for "Featured Project" on project form page

3. Options for Private, Non-Public, Gold only projects, Hide Bids. Price for these should be set from control panel.

4. Webmasters to be able to Invite providers to bid on their Projects

5. Commission is now a percentage. I was to add feature that it will be x% or $y whichever is higher

6. List of Top Categories

7. List of Top Programmers

8. Employment Job Posting

9. Browse/Search Freelancers

10. Payment options (for Add & Withdraw) through Paypal only now. Need option for Alertpay, Moneybookers, E-gold, E-bullion, Xoom

11. Project Budget should have Min & Max fields (currently only one)

12. Optional File Upload

In exchange for this work, we will provide a FREE top-ad on the website for 3 months (Value=$300) and FREE Seller Account for 6 months.

We are looking for a long-term partnership. This is just the begining. Once the site is live & earning, we will have more funds and further enhancements will be paid for in Cash to the person/team we select now.
