I will be starting with only two - three users. My company will be starting off with a virtual office. So I need all data and projects to be synchronized and managed from multiple locations/workstations. I also want to have synced group calendars that are accessible from PDA devices (I currently use a blackberry). CPU calendars should be synced also. Users will be working from both Mac and PC's (not sure if this matters). I also want to have a small company intranet in the form of a group specific user homepage that is different for each user depending on what group they belong to. I want each user to have their own web disk on their cpu. All must be easy to manage as I will have to manage system on my own.
I have a VPS server and the OS is CENTOS Enterprise 4.5 and it is set up with CPANEL.
