141721 HYIP Site

I have had a designer working on my HYIP site for over a month now and has been unable to complete the job. The site is basically already completed, there are just a few finishing touches that I am unable to do. It should not have taken more than a week, but it has been nearly 5. First, I need a Create Account page created. There is already a page with this form, but the form is not functional right now. As soon as an account is created, a confirmation email should get dispatched to the client. The client will now be able to login and view a secured page that shows the amount they have on their balance. It will also allow them to deposit or withdraw funds via E-bullion or Pecunix. They will be able to specify the amount of money in their account that they would like to invest ($10 US minimum). The balance should be updated everyday automatically. They can choose if they want their profits compounded or not. We pay out a flat rate of .5% per day no matter the investment size, but I want to be able to adjust this rate. There should also be a link on this page with a referral link that clients can use to refer other clients. The referral payout is 5% of the deposit size brought in by new clients. This referral payout will show up in the balance of the person who referred them. The investor login should show up on every page of the site with the exception of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy pages. Last, we need our "Contact Us" form to be functional. In addition to all of this, the site simply needs to be cleaned up a bit. It was designed mostly in Front Page. When you adjust the text size in various browsers, the spacing between paragraphs will move. We don't want this. We want the font sizes and spacing to stay the same no matter what the browser settings are. The designer I had working on it actually fixed part of this problem. I will only pay in PayPal. Half now and half when the job is completed. If you plan on using HYIP scripts to complete the site, please don't waste my time. HYIP scripts can be hacked. It should be a completely custom job. Also, don't contact me if you do not know how to design the scripts to accept payment in e-bullion in Pecunix. I would also prefer if you had experience in producing at least 2-3 HYIP sites.
