I want an application that will alert my employees when they have email.
The application has to be able to phone their cell phone and leave a short message
like the subject line from the email message or "check your email " for example.
The program will need to have a blinking icon in righthand bottom corner of screen
also alerting them that they have mail, if they are at the computer.
I want to be able to self program the application with their
1) email address
2) phone number
While the employees may not check his email regularly,
I want them to be alerted via their cell phone that they have a "customer inquiry" or "an order"
in their mailbox (the message area can be blank). As administrator, I want to construct the message.
So what I was thinking of is this: the message is sent to their mailbox and cell phone at the same time.
(Of course, I want the app to se set up so that they can choose the option)
The message sent to them will be in the form of a "text message" not e-mail, because when they get he
message they will know to check their email.
Also, "When they get a message for their services, it will also show up on their computer screen in
the lower right hand corner as a blinking icon, alerting them that they have a message.
When they click on the icon, it will take them to their email server. They enter the neccessary
info and then read their email. ( look at you've got mail from [url removed, login to view] and Yahoo instant messenger, for similiar features)
