- we have an EC2 instance

- we have asterisk on the EC2 instance

- we will create a skype account with a SkypeIn phone number.

JOB: must be in 8 hours or fewer:

a) allow the asterisk to receive the SkypeIn calls

b) all calls to be handled by voicemail

c) voicemail setup directions (including number and commands)

d) voicemail retrieval directions setup
