need button added to ajax domain search, add search to home page

1) Add button:

Most people will not know they have to place the domain they want then click enter for it to work so I would like a button added so it looks more like the ones I have on the site now.

2) Every time I add the code to my [url removed, login to view] the page screws up and everything looks out of place.

This is the code I have now to add to the page so the search works.

Recap: I need a search button added for the domain search box, then replace the two domain search doxes on the index page with the new ajax one
