52101 osCommerce Custom Reporting

The description of this project may be confusing but overall it should not be too difficult. Site background. Site info: OsCommerce CRE 6.1a w/ latest patch. Php: 4.3.8 Template custom designed [login to view URL] I own an online record store. I am also involved in digital downloads, simular to [login to view URL] and edmdigital.com. I need to create an interface for artist to be able to login and view their items, and most importantly how many times the items have been purchased in a given time frame/total time frame. Example, Up and coming artist wants me to eletronically distribute his music via my website. He would then recieve a royality for each sale. I'd like allow him to track the sales of his specific tracks in real time. This allows better interaction between the artist and myself. Step #1 - Install reporting contribution. [login to view URL],2568/ Step #2 - Create additional "Manufacturers" entry page/module. This will allow me to enter the artists names in, login ID, password, and email address. Ability to send the artist their user name/password to their email address on file. Step #3 - Create additional field in the product edit / create page simular to the manufacturers drop down. This will then allow me to assign each product an artist (if applicable) Step #4 - Create a login page. This page will have the option to reset the password simular to the CRE 6.1a admin page. Once the artist is logged in, they will see their items (and only their items) how many times their items has been purchased in a given time frame. Weekly, Monthly, and yearly. (IE, 5-1-05 thru 5-31-05 or even 5-1-05 thru 5-7-05) These numbers would be pulled from the database in real time. IE, if someone placed an order, but then cancelled / deleted their order, the number of items ordered would be updated. IMPORTANT NOTE - ALL steps must be fully documented. IE, if a file a is created, it has to be stated. If a osCommerce file is changed, it must be stated and documented what changes were made. If documentation is not done, the project will not be considered complete. FTP, Database, admin, phpmyadmin info will be provided after the programmer is selected.
