The site is a Mambo installation with php databases which are queried/searched/edited etc via Mambo wrapper pages.
We need to implement the following process to TUTOR-User aspect of the site:
From a 'Tutors Free trial' link (to be added) on the main menu,
site submits Tutor Profile to TUTORs php Database and so becomes searchable
on expiration of trial period site emails TUTORs with prompt
on expiration of trial period site replaces TUTORS contact details with site-admin contact details
on expiration of trial period site emails Tutor-User when profile is viewed.
on expiration of trial period site prevents Tutor-User re-registration for further free trial periods for 1 year.
on expiration of trial period site prevents Tutor-User from access to 'edit my profile'.
On expiration of trial period site replaces Students contact details with prompt when expired Tutor-User views or searches Posted-Requests.
the trial length is set and pre-determined by site admin. Further, all events triggered by' Trial-Period-Expiration', should be also be triggered by 'Normal-Membership-Expiration' for those TUTOR-Users who register normally or do not request a free trial.
This site is a Mambo installation with a php database for TUTOR-Users and a separate one for STUDENT-Users.
All-Users subscribe via Mambo system then, TUTOR-Users re-subscribe/enter Profiles
into php database via wrapped pages in Mambo with 2nd usernames and 2nd password given by User.
Then We need to implement the following process for the 'STUDENT-User' aspect of this site:
from the 'Post a Request' link on the LOGIN menu,
STUDENT-User posts a request:
site vets received requests for key words and spam
site publishes on vetted request on site scroller in designated position (see site) via NewsFlash Scroller Pro or some other such module.
site submits request to Requests php Database and so becomes searchable.
site removes requests after 1 month (pre-determined by site admin).
STUDENT-User and other Unregistered-Readers cannot view other STUDENT-User contact details.
