Ok, first of all I will admit that I can NOT do scripting, therefore I need someone who is capable at scripting. Just thought that was a vital thing to say.
I am currently using Phpfox ([url removed, login to view]). I want a plug-in that runs smoothly with Phpfox.
These are the script requirements for the beta version that has recently been released:
- Web Server API : Apache, CGI, FastCGI and ISAPI
- Supported Operating System(s) : Solaris, Linux, BSD, Windows IIS and Mac
- PHP Version - Minimum : 4.3.3
- MySQL Version - Minimum : 4.1
- GD complied with your PHP Build : Yes
- SendMail : Yes
- PHP safe mode : OFF
- PHP register_globals : OFF
- PHP magic_qoutes_runtime : OFF
- PHP memory_limit : 42
- PHP open_basedir : OFF
- CURL extension : YES (Only if you plan to use the PayPal IPN system)
I want to add a section to my website where I can upload a comic easily via an admin panel.
I plan to oneday extend this section by allowing users/members to upload their own comics, view others comics give feedback, rate, etc etc. I imagine it will appear somewhat like a forum area, where you can search through genres, styles, for authors/artists, or for a particular comic.
But for the moment, if its easier than doing a scrip for all members, to just stick with an Admin member being able to upload a comic. The comic pages will be images (JPEG, GIF, etc etc) in an easy to use comic section.
I am aware that there are basic HTML templates that contain a forward, next back, etc etc buttons, but I would really like a section in the Admin area where images can be uploaded, changed for different images, deleted, change page number, etc etc, with just a few clicks. I also need the script buttons (first, previous, next and last) to automatically link to the correctly corresponding pages without any manual changes to the links on my behalf.
I need a section within my website that includes the following for my website:
- the banner,
- main navigation, and
- footer navigation.
- A series of buttons under and above the comic page (uploaded image)
I will also need a link within the main navigation to be added, linking to the comic section. Under the comic section, I want visitors to be able to view the comic, and possibly comments, but they must sign in to post comics, etc - thus sending them to the login/sign up page.
Is anyone able to create this plug-in? I am more than willing to pay for a good job.
P.S. I am looking for someone who is able to modify the script for future Phpfox changes/updates/releases, provide support for any problems that may occur with this project's scripting, etc etc.
THIS PROJECT MUST BE COMPATIABLE WITH PHPFOX!
