I currently use Quickbooks pro 2007 w/customer manager, and I have a web site. I receive requests for brochures through my web site, and would like these requests to automatically import into my QB database to eliminate manual data entry so that they are documented and can be be printed as mailing labels (I already have this set up with my Dymo label printer). I have been manually inputting these (brochure request) customers as "inactive", so that I can change them to "active" if they choose to use my service. I will need a way to see which customers are "new", so that I know which customers need to receive brochures, and I don't send any to customers that have already received.
I would like this job completed as soon as possible.
