Repair Import feed into Creloaded website

We have many scripts which imports a stock feed (csv) from our supplier into our creloaded website. We have many of these feeds, but some of them have stopped working.
1st: When running the script manually it shows this output, but unfortunately nothing is updated on the website:
Successfully written to
/[url removed, login to view] Total Import Csv Records: 9490
Total Category Inserted: 2
Total Product Inserted: 10
Total Product Updated: 9480
Manufacture Updated: 0
The second one shows:
Total Import Csv Records: -1
<br> Total Category Inserted: 0
<br> Total Product Inserted: 0
<br> Total Product Updated: 0
<br> Manufacture Updated: 0
I have checked the file and it is in the correct location and is in the correct format, should have many more rows.
The third one shows:
Input csv file [url removed, login to view] ============================================================================================================================================================================= Total Import Csv Records :72 ============================================================================================================================================================================= Total Category Inserted :0 ============================================================================================================================================================================= Total Product Inserted :0 ============================================================================================================================================================================= Total Product Updated :0 ============================================================================================================================================================================= Manufacture Updated :0
The file contains around 2700 products so should be inserting many more than this.
