Mission: To develop a php / mysql based system that dynamically displays administrator defined ads and content by using code and content from the existing codebase and templates of our two websites, [url removed, login to view] and LegalListDirect.com.
Essentially the developer will modify the existing 'back end' to allow it to be used with the LegalListDirect and eRealtyGuides templates. It will display this template in addition to advertisements, customizable by the admin.
Needs to Support: Linux 2.6.x, Apache 2.x, MySQL 5.x, PHP 5.x, cPanel, Perl 5.x, Internet Explorer (5.0+), Mozilla Firefox 2.x and SugarCRM [url removed, login to view] + shared hosting environments.
(1.)Install script (Create databases, database users, paths, temp directories etc...)
(2.)Support for custom placement of ads in / around templates
(3.)Support for custom site descriptions (main text and title bar)
(4.)Support for custom site content
(5.)Tracks and reports user clicks / site activity via separate reports panel / section (interfacing to SugarCRM)
(6.) Utilizes and expands on the core 'back end' interface of E-Realty [url removed, login to view]
(7.) Uses as few MySQL databases as possible
(8.) 1 Legal themed template which uses code / design from LegalListsDirect (for use in template engine)
(9.) 1 Realty themed template made using codebase / design from E-realty Guides
(10.) All landers should have one click ad feeds in addition to user set two click sections (similar to the table on LegalList Direct, which when clicked by the user deliver ad pages relevant to those terms (based on admin set keywords)
(1.) our sites are displayed as they are now, with additional ads inserted as per what we select via the 'back end'
(2.) The content of the sites we have now will be able to be modified using the 'back end' system
(3.) All ad networks (adsense, YPN, ebay affil) will be fully working and operational with the site
(4.) The whole module will be self installing, requiring only to be extracted to the web root directory. The module will then run an install script to create relevant databases and database users.
Timeframe: To be delivered no later than July 9th, 2007.
This project already has a SUBSTANTIAL amount of the codebase written, including 90% of the back end module. This will only need to be modified, not rewritten from scratch.
Successful completion of this project will put the bidder in a position to handle our larger upcoming contracts and possibly lead to a contract position if the work is of a high quality level and communication is prompt and effective.
