1010 My Space Picture Rater Script

Hello. I need the following script running on: [login to view URL] Can someone sell it to me? If not I need to know how much would you charge me to develop one like it or BETTER. The idea is for the script to have a link code generator so that people can place their pictures to be rated on their MySpace profiles or comments and for people to vote on them then the voter is taken to the site to vote for other people. It has to have membership, chat, top 10, categories, and other stuff for members to keep comming back, just like any other HotorNOt script. The pictures are not uploaded to the server, they are hosted somewhere else and the member just inputs the location of the pictures. Thanks sebastianoss
