Install banner management rotation

Hi. I've been trying to install phpadsnew on my website which is hosted on dreamhost. I'm having no luck. It keeps saying that that it can't find the mysql data base that I just made for it. At any rate, I am tired of fiddling with it. I need this installed (or some other banner management rotation program.) I'm not picky, I'm just technically impaired. I need it to be installed and to be given clear instructions on the code I use to insert the rotational banners into my site. Also being hosted on one domain, I would to be able to be to post the code into a number domains and have the banners rotate through them as well. I'm not even sure if phpmyads allows me to do this, perhaps you will know better than me. I'm open to using other banner management software if you prefer. This site is considered adult, but it's not graphic at all.

Oh one other thing I would like this banner software to also allow advertisers to check their stats and clicks and such.
