Movie colection database

I am looking for a person familiar with the a program called movie colector . I want to make a website where peple can register and keep or make public their movie colection into a list similar to the one generated by the program movie collector . The user will register and create his movie colection . He will introduce the name of each movie and the website will check several movie databases that are online (imdb type) and gather the details of the movie wich in the end will be publishd on the personal webpage of the user .This is a rather personal project for me and I don't have such a big budget so please if you can get this done post a reasonable bid .
