ProxyVent.com Redesign

This project is for a proxy site redesign. Redesigning the [login to view URL] site over the next 6 months to include many new features. This is the first project of the site overhaul. The site is currently down so look at the "ProxyVent Before Screenshot" image to see how it looks now. This project is to install a php link directory where the links are paid for via paypal for $5.00/month. Also, I need ebuddiz cloned section such as [login to view URL] Review the "Layout Sample 2" image to see the type of directory I'm looking for. In the "Layout Changes" image shows what I want removed and changed around. Any bid over $125 will be ignored as this is a basic code deletion and script installation project.
