CS CART and SEO project

I am seeking the services of one or two people with strong PHP code experience and most importantly with experience with CS cart. They must also possess a strong understanding of SEO and the recent changes to Google involving Panda and the new relevance algorithms. I have a specific set a of skill requirements for this to work and I would ask that if you don’t honestly fit this criteria, please save us both time and don’t say that you can do these things if you cant. The right persons will have the following skills: • Have at least a mid to high level of expertise on CS cart features and capabilities. • Have excellent English skills – you must be able to read English and understand the concepts properly. Please don’t say you can when you can’t. • Have a strong grasp of php and smarty php • Be able to design and implement websites and protocols • Posses reasonable graphic skills – medium to high preferred • Have a working knowledge or reasonable experience with SEO. • Willingness to work after-hours I am looking for a long term working relationship with the right person or persons as I will consider two people for the projects ahead; I am seeking a quote for a daily rate or if you prefer, quote me for a weekly rate though please tell me that’s what you are quoting for otherwise I will assume you are quoting for the day and your bid may seem overly expensive.
