Design and recode custom search engine

Hello to all coders out there, I currently have a website extremetorrentz.eu. What I need is a coder to code a new script to these specifications, Check out [login to view URL] layout for reference as I want a similar layout - needs to be a meta-search engine -design/layout (css) -search multiple websites (the pirate bay etc) -description: age, size, seeds, leechers and health bar -custom search preferences (choose the site to search from, media type/category, sort by, etc) -make it google friendly (currently not abiding google quality guidelines and I need it to) -seo optimization (legit stuff, no automated keywording or metadata) -page description from page contents instead of metadata -filter out adult content from results Any questions please ask.
