486392 Aggregator Website Application / Script Development

Need a very simple aggregator application/script that will be able to do the following: 1)Collect specific information from three different review websites 2)Display the results of that collected information on a secured access webpage for secured logon and viewing 3)Automatically send results to predefined email address 4)Automatically run at a predefined date, time and flag any new changes (deltas) since last time to predefined email address. Requirements document will be provided for project. Project will be paid from escrow after all aspects of the application have tested successfully. Please include links to examples of your work.
