481376 Auction Pool Script

What we need is a script to unite several auctions in one auction website, and to enable our customers to bid on auctions directly from our website. So as we are dealers we have accounts at [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and etc.. So the auction should be live with video/photo and audio. If any other information is required please let me know. ========================================= Initial Overview From Client ========================================= So firstly about the auctions to be united. 1. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Also need need the listings from [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and [login to view URL](this is intagrated in manheim) these would be fixed prices. this shoudl be seperate. also the system to enable just regular people to list their cars for sale. like [login to view URL] . this should be seperate too. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now the buyers should be able to register as a dealers with the ability to bid. or also they could create like a guest account that means they can watch, but not bid on auctions. i mean a limited access. they cant buy cars at all. there should be online registration possible, with credit/debit card or buy wire transfer, or there just should be our bank account info so they can go and put the money on our account. after the registration there should be a messege to send theeir documents to our email address. or even an attachment option during the registration is also possible. the documents should be like a ID with the photo (driver license,,), and their company documents. also there should be a limitations to the account regulated buy us. such as the max amount of bid $ he can bid on the live auction and the number of cars he can purchase. there should be deposit of 300$ required for georgian buyers and 1000 deposit for international buyers. they should be able buy only 1 car at a time until they have not paid the invoice for that one car. and the default maximum bid amount on all buyers is under 10000$. but all the limitations should be editable or disabled by us. there as usual should be a legal notice before the registration and accept or decline option. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- the buyers should have their individual buyer id's and the vehicles should have their lot numbers, the lot numbers better be originals like from the auctions, maybe with prefix 1 letter of the auction where it is selling on. i mean if it is a copart car let the lot look like this C12345678. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- when a buyer buys the car, it should go into his account, there should be possible to add from our side the extra photos from the loading facility, before they are exported. also the container numbers to each car. and the link to specific shipping line that it is shipped by. like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] depending on carrier. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- there should be annual, don't know yet if we gonna use it but with enable disable features. our commission should be 215$ added to each car the buyer buys. this should be included in the invoice. so we should get the original invoice amount + 215$ our commission to it. this he should see in his account. there should be a shipping rates page something like this [login to view URL] this rates should editable by us also they should get the shipping invoice in their account later on after the car is loaded in the container. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As we should unite several auctions, the buyers should have some kind a list in of the auction in their account to go to live auctions for the specific auction. i don't know how you will integrate vb2 (copart live auction) onlineringmam(iaai live auction and salvagedirect) simulcast (manheim live auction) ibidlive(salvagenow live auction) and also manheim has [login to view URL] there is a fixed price sale system, [login to view URL] has ibuyfast the same fixed price selling system that should later if not sold go to simulcast. or online ringman incase of iaai.com. [login to view URL] has the quickbuy same fixed price selling. [login to view URL] has fixed price selling feature. I mean we can take care of a translaition, if you will explain how to do. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- and there should be the video demonsration how to use the site. and also the introduction video what do we do and how it is the live auctions going on. you like there is a video at [login to view URL] ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- live help option too, the about company page, the Buyer services page contact info, emails telephone numbers. etc. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- wire instructions pdf or word file on the site. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- iin previes email i told you there should be a deposit of 300$ required for purchase, i thought and it will better ,to set it this way. a buyer should have at least 1000$ on his account to be able to bid and buy cars, and when he buyes this car he can use this 1000$ to pay invoice of the vehicle he boughted, and to be able to buy a next car he should do the same 1000$ on his account and ready to bid. with 1000$ on his account he is able to buy only one car under 10000$ max bid. but with 2000$ on his account he can buy 2 cars under 10000$ or 1 car under 20000$. with 2000 if the first car bis is > 10000$ he shouldn't bi able to buy more until he deposits money to his account. so i gues u understand. 1000$= 1 car. 2000$ 2 car under 1000$ each or .... 3000$= 3 cars ..... the point is that we should always have either 10% or 1000% whichever is greater on his accpunt to enable the buyer to buy the car. features should be editable and enable disable buy us, depending on specific buyer also as we have several auctions there should be a limitation possible for us to allow or dissalow specific buyer to specific auctions.
